How to set “Sleep Timer” on iPhone? (如何在iPhone設定睡眠倒數)
Some iPod users may in love with the Sleep Timer function, which allows them to set a countdown time, say 30mins, and play their music during sleep, and the iPod will stop the music automatically. It’s a great feature especially for saving battery power.
However, many iPhone / iPod touch users don’t know how to set Sleep Timer (They even don’t know this function is built-in already.) Let’s follow the steps:

很多iPod用家都很喜愛Sleep Timer睡眠倒數的功能,用戶可設定入睡時間(如30分鐘),然後播放音樂。音樂便會在30分鐘後自動停止播放。這功能對於節省電量和睡眠質素而言都十分實用。
然而很多iPhone / iPod touch用戶都不知道原來這個功能早已內置了,讓我們來看看怎樣做:
Tap “Clock” at the Home Screen
在主畫面點選Clock(時鐘)
Tap “Timer” at the bottom-right coner.
點選右下角的Timer(倒數時計)
Adjust the countdown time, then click “When Timer Ends”
調整倒數的時間,然後點選When Timer Ends(當倒數結束時)
This is the most important part: Tap “Sleep iPod” at the top of the list.
這是最重要的部份,點選最頂的Sleep iPod(讓iPod進入睡眠)
The Sleep Timer started, you may quit the clock app and play your music. Since the Sleep Timer is still running at the background, The music will stop automatically when it counts to zero. Don’t worry, it won’t power off your iPhone / iPod touch, just sleep.
睡眠倒數開始了,你可以離開Clock時鐘並開始播放你的音樂了。由於倒數會繼續在背景執行,當數到零的時候,音樂便會溫柔地停止播放。別擔心,他不會關掉你的iPhone/iPod touch,只會睡眠。
